These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the UnivLife mobile application and website (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Algerian Law No. 18-07 and the rules of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. The Platform

UnivLife is an e-learning platform that gives students access to courses, video lessons, documents, quizzes, exams and other learning tools prepared by UnivLife and its teachers.

2. Your Account

Provide accurate information when you create your account and keep it up to date.
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Your account is personal: sharing your account with other people is not allowed.
Minors should use the Platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Purchases

Some courses are paid. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Your wallet balance can only be used on the Platform and is not exchangeable for cash.
Since digital content is available immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you have a problem with a purchase, contact us and we will look into it.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All courses and materials on the Platform belong to UnivLife or its teachers and are protected by law. You may use them for your own personal learning only. It is not allowed to copy, record, download, share, sell or publish any content outside the Platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform respectfully and not to:

break the law or these Terms;
post offensive, abusive or inappropriate content;
impersonate another person;
try to hack, disrupt or misuse the Platform;
cheat on quizzes or exams.

6. Suspension and Account Deletion

We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account in the app. Deleting your account removes your access to your courses.

7. Our Commitment to You

We work every day to keep UnivLife available, fast and accurate, so you can learn whenever you need to. Our team monitors the Platform continuously and keeps improving it.

Planned maintenance and updates are scheduled at quiet times, and we let you know in advance whenever possible.
If you ever notice a problem, report it from the app or contact us: our team will look into it and fix it as quickly as possible.
Your purchased courses and your progress stay linked to your account.

UnivLife is your learning companion. Your results also depend on your own work, so we cannot promise specific grades, but we are committed to giving you the best tools and support to succeed.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any dispute will first be settled amicably where possible; otherwise it will be brought before the competent Algerian courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the new version.
